My life is interwoven with many bridges: between the visible and the invisible, between languages and silences, between science and ancestry. On the path of energy, I assist in healing and self-knowledge processes. On the path of words, I translate, teach, and revise to bring cultures closer. In all roles, I follow the same purpose: to awaken consciousness and create true encounters between people, knowledge, and worlds.
About Me
My name is Anna Barbosa, and my life has been marked by two great passions: energy alignment and languages. From my own journey of overcoming physical and emotional illnesses, I learned that body, mind, and spirit walk together—and that self-knowledge is the key to transforming any painful process into a path of growth.
At the same time, languages are a way of reconnecting with the world: communicating is also healing, as it allows us to express who we are and build bridges with others.
I believe that...
each person carries the capacity to heal and evolve within themselves. My work is to be a guide and facilitator on this path—whether through energy healing that brings immediate relief, a shamanic session that deepens self-knowledge, or an English lesson that develops the confidence to express oneself in the world.
For me, spirituality and communication are not separate: both are forms of energy, liberation, and expansion.
Energy & Spirituality
Healer
As a healer, I am a bridge between the visible and the invisible. Created with Brazilian and African traditions, I work with prayers and rituals that release energy blockages, restore balance, and offer tranquillity. I maintain a prayer altar where I include the names of all the people who wish for a prayer, thus strengthening a current of healing and support.
Holistic Therapist
My own healing journey has led me to combine communication, active listening, and ancestral knowledge. As a therapist and shamanic healer, and trained as a Pathwork facilitator, I facilitate the awakening of consciousness and help dissolve energy blockages, guiding processes of transformation and inner reconnection.
Group Facilitator
I facilitate groups that explore self-knowledge and healing, where knowledge is exchanged by all participants. I offer a safe space where vulnerability is strength, the group is a mirror, and each participant finds support for their journey of growth and transformation. The 90-minute meetings are online, every 15 days.
Languages & Communication
Translator and Interpreter
I have been building bridges between cultures with precision and sensitivity for over 20 years. With a background in chemistry, I work with life sciences texts. I have worked as an interpreter in diverse contexts—from beer festivals to factories to the UN in Mozambique—ensuring clarity and culturally appropriate communication for each project.
English Teacher
As an English teacher, I offer online conversation classes and preparation for the Cambridge Exams—I was an oral examiner for the University of Cambridge for 13 years. My approach is personalized, inclusive, and focused on building student confidence. I work with energy alignment for students to improve their speaking fluency in English.

As an editor for the Selvagem project, I combine technical precision with a systemic vision. I believe that editing is an act of care that reflects the interdependence between human beings and nature. I seek to translate complex ideas into clear and accessible language, building bridges between science and ancestral knowledge, always guided by ethics, empathy, and responsibility.
